The Federal Court has found that AFT Pharmaceuticals (AU) Pty Ltd
(AFT) engaged in false and misleading conduct through its Maxigesic
This follows legal action by
RECKITT BENCKISER (AUSTRALIA) PTY LIMITED.
From about March 2017 AFT published an advertising campaign
in pamphlets and later in magazines and cards for its Maxigesic
The Federal Court found that AFT engaged in misleading conduct
under the Australian Consumer Law when it represented that:
